Baker Consulting and Management reserves the right to alter the below listed terms and conditions at any time.
1. If a session is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, Baker Consulting and Management reserves the right to charge the office a cancellation fee. This cancellation fee is based on how many hours were scheduled for that session. See cancellation rates below:
- 2-Hour Session = $100 cancellation fee.
- 4-Hour Session = $200 cancellation fee.
- 8-Hour Session = $400 cancellation fee.
Baker Consulting and Management may discount or waive the cancellation fee, depending on the circumstances surrounding the cancellation. Waiving of a cancellation fee for a single instance in no way obligates us to waive the fee for any other missed sessions.
2. For In-Person Sessions: If we need to travel to a local office, you will be invoiced for the mileage at the current IRS mileage reimbursement rate.
3. The first 4 hours of training that is included in the retainer fee does can be used as one 4-hour session, or two 2-our sessions.
