As a general rule, we offer remote sessions and services. However, if the office requests it, we can and will do in-person sessions.  The office would be responsible for any travel costs (airfare, hotel, rental car, etc.).  


If the office is within a reasonable driving distance from St. Louis, MO the office would be responsible for mileage reimbursement (at the current 2024 IRS rate of $0.67)  and/or hotel fees.

(Nicki reserves the right to decide what is a reasonable distance if the request is made for in-person sessions)


This is done BY REQUEST only, and we would need advanced notice so that we can arrange travel and block off our schedule for that travel time.

  1. We will schedule a complimentary 30-minute consultation (for new clients, this step is mandatory).  During this consultation, we will focus on your office's needs and what services you would like to take advantage of. 
  2. During that call, we will answer any questions about our services or how our process works. 
  3. After your consultation, we will create and send you a Quote Email with a full action plan detailing everything we discussed in our consultation call (services chosen, costs, timeline, chosen frequency, terms and conditions, etc.). 
  4. If you choose to move forward with our services, a $150 non-refundable retainer fee will be invoiced to you. 
  5. Upon payment of that fee, we will begin providing our services to you.  We will do our best to work around your availability!
  6. The $150 retainer fee will be subtracted from the cost of your first billed service. 
  7. All monthly plans will be billed to you on the 1st of the month, covering the services for that month. For any sessions or stand-alone services, an invoice will be emailed AFTER our session or service for the hourly rates.

FOR CLIENTS THAT HAVE WORKED WITH NICKI BEFORE:


  1. We will schedule a complimentary 30-minute consultation if the client would like one (it is not mandatory).  During this consultation, we will focus on what needs your office has, and what services you would like to take advantage of. 
  2. During that call, we will answer any questions you may have about our services or how our process works. We can also go ahead and schedule your first session if you would like.

  4. If you choose to move forward with our services, we just need an email confirmation stating that you approve the plan for our records.
  5. Upon receiving the approval email, we will begin providing our services to you.  We will do our best to work around your availability!
  6. All monthly plans will be billed to you on the 1st of the month, covering the services for that month. For any sessions or stand-alone services, an invoice will be emailed AFTER our session or service for the hourly rates.

Baker Consulting and Management specializes in the dental industry. We provide Remote Billing, Remote Management, Consulting and Teaching for dental offices.


Nicki has strong experience with Dentrix and Improvis.  She has some experience with Easy Dental and Softdent as well.


***IF YOU USE A SOFTWARE NOT LISTED, THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT NICKI CANNOT HELP YOU. SHE MAY NEED A SHORT CRASH COURSE ON YOUR SOFTWARE TO BECOME COMFORTABLE DOING THE TASKS YOU NEED HER HELP WITH THOUGH! :)


Our retainer fee is to help cover the costs associated with remoting into your computer (licenses through the screen connecting program we use).  This fee is non-refundable.
