Do you have old claims that were never marked as received clogging up your system? Old or duplicated insurances or employers in Dentrix? Provider Credit Balances that are not quite right? We can help!
This service is charged by the hour.
This package includes: 1. Submitting your dental claims & pre-auths(mail or electronic submission)along with submitting any necessary attachments. 2. Provide follow-up on all claims & pre-auths. 3. Consistently working on the claims aging reports for claims & pre-auths aged 30 days or more, submitting appeals when needed. 4. Posting your insurance payments for you. You simply need to scan in the EOB's and we'll take care of the rest! (Google Docs is the preferred way to share)
For offices collecting $40,000 or less monthly in insurance.
For offices with insurance collections between $40,000 and $100,000 per month.
For offices with insurance collections between $100,000 and $150,000 per month.
For offices with insurance collections that exceed $150,000 per month.
This package includes: 1. Sending out patient statements monthly via mail (or electronically, if you already have that set up). 2. Balance reminder letters sent out once aging has reached 60 days, as well as collection letters when prompted by the office.
$1.25 per statement + $0.25 per extra page
This fee includes the $0.68 postage cost as well as supplies and labor.

Whether you would like to update your UCR fees or your insurance fee schedules, you provide the fees and we will update your system for you!
Are you retiring? Closing your practice or selling the practice? We can help get the necessary information to your patients! To ease your patient's into the transition, a brief history of the doctor who will be taking over can be included, or a list of recommended local dentists if another provider will not be taking your place. The cost of labor, paper, envelopes, and stamps are included in the prices below.
We will work with you to formulate a letter to your patients, explaining what is happening (office closing, transferring ownership, etc.) and what the patient's next steps will be.
This fee includes a one-hour session to discuss what information you would like to include in your informative letter and up to 5 re-drafts of the letter to get it exactly how you want it.
When converting images to Dentrix Imaging Center, there are always some stragglers that are not able to be converted. Sometimes this is due to a patient name change, a DOB correction, or having Jr or Sr as part of the patient name. Save yourself the time and hassle of bringing these images over, we'll be happy to do it for you!
