  • Weekly or monthly remote sessions to check your Ledger Reports,  helping to eliminate claim and pre-authorization errors or missteps.
  • Utilizing Account Notes, Claim Status Notes and other methods, make your monthly billing process a breeze!


Dental Claim Services

We will take over submitting your dental claims (mail and/or electronic submission) along with submitting any necessary attachments. We will also provide follow-up on all claims and pre-auths. We will consistently work on the claims aging reports for all claims that have aged 30 days or more. We will also submit appeals when needed.

  • Billing statements are sent out monthly, collection letters are sent when prompted by the office.
  • If you use an electronic communication system (Patient Engage, Solutionreach, Lighthouse 360, etc.) we can also send out past-due reminders to your patients for you.
  • Focus on your patients, we'll focus on the billing.

  • While we are NOT a collections agency, we can save you time and frustration by reaching out to your patients and reminding them to pay for the services you have provided.
  • Although we do not partner with any collections agencies, if you already have one, we will be happy to collaborate with them. We can send your severely overdue accounts to them for you.


Remote Management

Whether you're a small office that doesn't want to hire a full time Office Manager , a larger practice that already has an Office Manager who needs a little help, or you need someone to step in while you search for an on-site Office Manager, we can help!

  •  Weekly or monthly remote sessions to ensure that your staff is verifying insurance benefits and eligibility and utilizing this information to its full potential. If we are provided with your insurance website logins, we can also help with overflow.

Looking at bringing a new employee on, but don't have the time to do all of the work? We can help with some or all of the following:


  • Posting your job opening(s) to multiple platforms, such as LinkedIn, Craigslist, Facebook, etc.
  • Sort through all applications to ensure only those who are qualified get into your hands.
  • Provide the office with a pool of applicants that has been vetted.
  • Perform over-the-phone and/or online interviews, using office-provided questions and guidelines.


New Employee Training

Have a new employee, but no time to get them up to speed? We've got your back! We will train your new staff member to use Dentrix. We have a couple of different options to choose from.

Brief up to speed

Hourly Rate

  • Do you need to have your new employee up and running on Dentrix ASAP? 
  • Don't want to do a full 8-hour training? 
  • Let us know what specific parts of Dentrix you NEED them to learn, and we will customize a training session for them that hits on the highlights only, no bells and whistles.
  • This option does NOT include tips and tricks, we stick with instructions to get them up and running NOW!
  • This option is typically a 4-hour session but can be customized to fit your needs.

Full Comprehensive Training

Hourly Rate

  • An 8-hour session to train your new staff member, ensuring they are comfortable with all aspects of Dentrix that they will need in their role. 
  • You tell us what their role in the office is, and what you want to make sure they know backwards and forwards, we'll make it happen!
  • Bells and whistles included, this option will show them tips & tricks to streamline the functions they need to do, creating less work for them, more productivity and more importantly, less frustration!!!


In-Person Sessions

In general, all of our sessions will be conducted remotely. Remote sessions are obviously the most cost-effective solution for the office, but if you feel that you NEED to have someone in person, we can travel to you. If in-office sessions are something that you want, please MAKE SURE to let Nicki know during your consultation call that this is something that you may want. See the below information regarding in-person sessions:

In-Person Help

Hourly Rate + Travel Expenses

  • In-person sessions must be scheduled for at least one 8-hour day at a time.  If less time is requested, you will still be billed for 8 hours, to compensate for the fact that other offices cannot be seen during that time.
  • The office is responsible for all travel costs (airfare, hotel, rental car, etc.). Airfare and hotel costs will be billed upfront, and rental car/gas costs will be invoiced after the trip.
  • For any additional questions about in-person sessions, please contact us.


Office End of Life Services

Are you selling your office, or closing your doors for good? Let us help make the transition as easy as possible for your patients. Send out letters to inform your patients of the change, and let them know what to expect!

Office Closing/ Transferring

  • Make sure your patients are informed of the pending change of ownership or closing of your office.
  • We will work with you to formulate a letter that gives your patients all of the information you would like to get across, including recommendations for other dental offices in the area if you are closing completely.
  • We will generate the letters and mail them out for you with your return address.
  • Price includes labor, supplies and stamps.
